A great system needs practical tools to use as part of your daily routine with the understanding that everyone’s schedule is very busy. For tools to be effective, they need to complement the system and help you act on your newfound knowledge so you can start creating positive momentum. Momentum feeds on itself and becomes contagious, which is how habits are formed.
Your health should be your number one priority because without it, achieving other priorities may not be possible. Often, “healthy” food is associated with questionable taste and being very restrictive. What if healthy food could actually taste great and include great variety? What if there were alternate ways to prepare common meals that your taste buds enjoyed and yet were great for the inside of your body too? The Confydo Game Plan starts you off with over many recipes that are naturally gluten-free (as opposed being engineered into gluten-free status by combining refined starches) including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. You’ll also receive additional recipes as time goes on. You won’t believe healthy can taste this good.
Chalk Talks provide helpful tips on how to use our system, feature recipes/key ingredients and give you a different perspective on health topics. Below is a sample of what you’ll receive during your first seven days.

Day 3: Why calorie counting doesn't work

Confydo Game Plan
The Confydo Game Plan includes a comprehensive health game plan with a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual focus. It is a plan of action designed to educate, motivate and inspire you to dramatically improve your health from the inside out. Especially helpful is the Detailed Eating Plan section where Coach touches on approaches to challenging situations including eating out, always being on the go/road warrior, feeling starved, when cravings strike, social events/holidays, vacation, kid’s lunches and workplace temptations.
Sometimes, the best approach to something new is to start over. So, you might consider getting rid of everything in your refrigerator and cupboards and using our detailed shopping list so you have every ingredient needed for all the recipes. The added benefit to this approach is that if it’s not in the house, it makes it much more difficult to revert back to old habits. Everyone has a different budget and juggling cost vs. quality of food is always a delicate balance. Accordingly, many of the items on our grocery list can be found at Costco, though you can certainly buy them wherever you usually shop.
Coach’s Store: In order to provide a centralized place for items that will jump-start your success, Coach created his own store (powered by Amazon), for a variety of hand-picked items he finds useful. Categories include hard to find/specialty food items and useful kitchen tools that are part of our recipes, personal items, a coffee shop and a handful of health & wealth books that Coach puts at the top of the list to further your education on these important topics. You won’t get lost in a sea of hundreds of items with questionable value in an effort to sell you a bunch of stuff. As such, Coach includes a written summary on every item in Coach’s Store as to why it makes the cut.
